Hello! I’m Maria, I am the owner and manager at wills and part of my job is to help you book your tattoo appointment as seamlessly and effectively as possible.
The booking process explained
Wills Customs is a by appointment only studio, we decided to move all our bookings / enquires online primarily to limited interruptions to appointments but also to add ease when looking for design quotes or booking info, you can simply pop a message to our facebook page or our other contact options, from here - we can quote you for time and cost of a design, give design advice, answer any questions you may have about our studio or artists and book you in :)

Make it happen
It all begins with an idea. your idea for your tattoo is the first step, whether you know exactly how you want your tattoo to be, or need advice and guidance on a design / how it will work - Send us a message.
Generally speaking, we ask you to send a description of your tattoo idea, along with any reference photos - this could be tattoos in the style you like, a design you like but would like adapting or anything to help us get the best idea of how you envision your tattoo to look but please be aware, we will never directly copy another tattoo.
We’re happy to use it as inspiration to create your design but all designs will be created especially for you. Its no problem at all if you have absolutely no reference images other than a description of what you would like - being a custom studio our capable artists will work with you to create your design
We like to quote on the most amount of time and cost for completion of a tattoo design / project, so whether you’re looking for a dainty script or a full back piece you’re completely aware of the time and cost involved, If you’re happy to go ahead and book we will then work together to find the most suitable dates and times that work for you, as we will have made you aware if your design will need multiple appointments, you’re welcome to book them all in at the same time, or just take it appointment by appointment. we require a £100 booking fee which allows you to book up to 4 appointments, the booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your final appointment, Booking fees are non refundable but can be transferred to another appointment if at least a weeks notice is given for the appointment to be rearrange
At the booking stage we will take all details of your design etc, but your artist will contact you at least the day prior to discuss the design in more detail, you will then receive your design the evening prior to your appointment at the latest, so that any changes that need to be made can be done prior to your appointment time.
